Skin Care Tips

Cold weather = dehydration

When the weather turns cold, don’t forget to moisturize!
As the temperature drops, air loses its ability to retain humidity and can pull moisture right out of your skin. I recommend professional-grade moisturizers from Epionce® Skincare.

Sunscreen Every Day!

It is so important to wear an SPF of at least 30 everyday even when you think you don’t. There are still damaging rays even when the sun is not shining. When you are out doors in sunny climate it is recommended to wear a water resistant SPF of 50 and reapply every 90 minutes.

Why it is important to exfoliate?

For a more fresh and smooth appearance, as well as to help your skincare products penetrate deeper. As we age our skin cell turnover process slows down. It takes, on average, 40-60 days to fully regenerate, while for younger individuals it takes about 28 days to regenerate.
